Hi,
I managed to get my hands on a very nice cable AC class router with lots of lovely management features for very little money. I knew as it is a cable router and I am in ADSL I could not use it alone but was considering using my old tp-link modem as a bridge and then connecting to my Adsl provider by PPPOE.
But.... I am in the UK on SKY broadband and found they don't support PPPOE.

now I could;
Switch off wireless on my existing adsl router and plug in the new cable router to it and let it manage the wireless (making sure the cable router has dhcp disabled) but as the cable router is newer and has more management features it seems a waste? Also do I risk running into double NAT issues?
So are there any other options that allow me to use the new cable router as the master controlling the majority of network features and will allow me to access the management of it remotely (as it has this option) but let the other device handle the PPOA connection to the broadband supplier?
Thanks in advance
