What is the source of this firmware and checksum, why no release notes or at least a hint of the changes?
I hope that the majority of users only "accept" firmware of a well known source, preferably Asus or well known sources like Merlins website.

Bud, I received it directly from ASUS because I do test for them on upcoming features. As well as Merlin's (although we all know his work and trust him), HardwareZone forum, etc. You take the risk or not to go with a Beta not officially posted on ASUS site or other sites you already know.
If you don't want to make use of it, don't do it. I'm just sharing it with the rest of the people who is anxious to try out the latest beta's and see if that fixes any particular issue and even let me know if the issue they have is still present in that beta to try it and share it with ASUS for next releases.

PS: If more people think like you, I'll take down this post and don't share any new Beta

Keep 'em coming, this one has worked fine, installed it 2hrs ago . But checksum would be nice, so we could check our dl's are ok.
