Block internet but not access to lan

Hi,

I've searched very hard on Google, but can't seem to find the answer. I own the RT-N56u, and I'm wondering how I can block access to internet for a laptop, but not access to my print/file servers. Is there a way to do it without using parental control?

i tried blocking a specific MAC address and it works. on padavan's fw u just click the x button and apply. other service are working except for internet

Blocking a MAC address blocks access to the router, which blocks access to my file/print servers. I just want to be able to block the port 80 on various computers. It doesn't seem to work when I put in the destination IP and port 80 in the firewall section.
