You can try in Ai-protection/parental control add your TV mac-adress and test to block the media option Internet radio and TV and streaming and see if that works

yes but it also would block amazon/netflx which I don't want to...

I guess you could write some firewall rules and block IP's that belongs to Youtube?

I did a fast google search, and found this site that lists the most common IP's related to Youtube:
https://www.lifewire.com/ip-address-of-youtube-818157

Now add all them to the GUI firewall "Network Services filter" with the source IP from you TV, and destination IP from the list above.

Not the easiest way, maybe a bit ugly, but it will work.

No luck, I found the IP addresses but it doesn't seem to block them. (added the source IP of the TV and destination of youtube leaving port blank)

Fron the log connections, seems it uses port 443 and networservices filter information seems it cant block 443

The traffic that uses port 80 will be blocked (but https can not be blocked).

It's something about making a free opendns account and some how block youtube there
Maybe that can work with DNS-filter?
(if that works then you could use opendns for your TV only)
