Got very interested in them...I was looking for a good remote support application, found them very pricey. Have seen Bombar used quite a bit.

Ended up building my own server using an open source product called Echogent...easy to deploy and use. Not a full time agent/service like Bombar though, but great for quickly connecting to "someone out there" to gain access to their desktop.

I use RHUB remote support appliances for my business. It is easy to use and most important is its security. It works from behind my company’s firewall.
