Bridging Subnets

New Around Here
Hi All,

I'm currently trying to bridge two subnets (via wireless) between myself & my neighbour.

I'm on 10.0.0.0/24 and my neighbour is on 102.168.0.0/24

We both have dd-wrt capable devices on our networks. I've set a virtual wlan interface on mine, set it as unbridged and given it a 192.168.0.0/24 address.
I then set the neighbours wireless device to client mode, and connected it to my virtual wlan.

I can't however ping any device on his network, and he can't on mine.

Ideally, we'd want to be able to see each others network so we can easilly share files.
We don't however, want to be able to access each other internet connection..

Any ideas?

Look at the routing table. Sounds like you need to manually add the route or turn on a routing protocol like RIP on each of the routers.
