Did you know that some browser add-ons for Chrome and Firefox collect all of your browsing data. Even links to personal documents on your One-Drive and other cloud based storage account that might contain your stored tax returns, medical info, car license etc.

This was a topic on the Brave browser’s community forums a while back. They are(or were) rather particular about which ones (extensions) they would allow/support for these reasons.
