Bubble upnp app and google home device

Hello I'm using bubble UPnP software on my phone with my Google home screen device. When the two are on the same access point I can cast fine to the Google home. However when they are on separate access points the bubbleupnp cannot see the Google home screen. The access points are all connected with simple switches to each other, no vlans etc are configured and no firewalls. Very simple home LAN . Any ideas why when these two are on separate access points they cannot see each other? Many thanks.

One thing to consider - with your AP's and this kind of App...

All the SSID's should be the same - as SSID's for WLAN identify a specific network...
