Hi all,

I want to buy NAS, but I want ldap support.

Can the Buffalo Terabyte Pro III connect to OpenLDAP server on linux ?

Buffalo Terabyte Pro III NO-LDAP

I called buffalo tech and they told me:

1- It can not connect to OpenLDAP
2- They are the same as the seagate Black Armor export NFS with all_squash option, so you can not change ownership of the files.
3- If you want to change the RAID from 1 to 5 you will lose all data.
