[Bug] With Wan Local Caching Resolver

Very Senior Member
Anytime local caching resolver is selected for my personal use, ACSD spirals out of control taking up 100 percent of each processing core on the router. Something is going on with the dynamics of using 127.0.0.1 as system resolver.
