Can I open a port on a time schedule?

I have a Synology NAS that uses a LetsEncrypt certificate for validation of HTTPS connections. This requires that every few months I forward port 80 or 443 to the NAS from my router and add a rule to my firewall. Usually when the certificate is renewed, I close the port again, because nothing else on my NAS uses those ports and I don't want to leave them pointlessly open.

This process is rather tedious however and I was wondering if I could automate it. Is there a way to forward the port to my router only when needed?
