Can someone please check my work? I want to use my ASUS AX88U Pro as a VPN with the same IP address away from home.

I am leaving my home for a year. I will have a friend/housesitter in my place during that time. I simply want to watch some streaming platforms while I'm away. My friend will also watch those same platforms here at the house. I understand some platforms block "sharing passwords" even though I'm the same user, so if I can use my phone or laptop with the same IP address that I have at home that could possibly be a workaround?

In my limited understanding, as I am not a tech person much at all, I can set up my router to do this. Using a friend who is more techy than me and ChatGPT, this is what I did and I want to see if this sounds right:

• Enabled Wireguard and added my phone and laptop to the Client list.
• Under Advance Settings, I have "Allow DNS" and "Enable NAT - IPv6" turned ON. "Pre-shared Key (secret)" is OFF.
• In WAN settings, I went to the DDNS tab and activated DDNS. I used WWW.ASUS.COM as the Server and created my own unique Host Name. I left HTTPS/SSL Certificate checked as None.

That's it. I used my phone using cell signal with WG active and ran a IP address check and it showed the same as the home wifi. I did a DNS check on wifi with my laptop with WG active and it showed the same IP address around the world. Did I actually do this right or will I be sorely mistaken when I try this? I plan on going to a friend's house while I have a stream playing here at home and try to use that same platform on his wifi with WG active. I just figured I'd check here and see if there's anything else I should do.

Are there any issues, security or speed, etc that could arise from this? Basically, any unintended consequences?
