Can VPN Director Route Guest Wifi Network Traffic Over VPN Connection?

Can VPN Director route guest wifi network traffic over a VPN connection? Since the first two guest networks use their own subnets, is it literally as simple as adding those two subnets to VPN Director? Or are there two many things at play and it's unfortunately not that simple?
