Cannot access some configuration pages and other issue

New Around Here
Hello - RT-N66U, Firmware 3.0.0.4.270.26 (Merlin build). Have 2 issues

1. Cannot access some of the configuration pages -traffic manager, tools, firewall.

2. If I try to reset or clear NVRAM (hold rest and power off/ on or hold WPS and power on) or even if I cycle the power it will not come back up fully. 3 middle lights light up (Lan 2 & 1 and the internet access light) - not the power light or anything else. If I leave unplugged for 10-15 minutes and plug back in comes up ok.

Thoughts / ideas? Thank you

Firstly i would reset the browser cache - I have had a lot of issues (especially with Chrome) with it trying to cache some of the content when moving between versions.

Also check that you don't have any javascript restrictions applied - most of the embedded admin pages require JS.

If you hold reset while powering on, you won't resetting nvram but booting the router in recovery mode. In this mode the Power LED will either flash or stay dark.

Resetting is done either by pressing the reset button and releasing it while the router is on, or by turning it on while WPS is pressed.

Thansk for the help - Have tried resetting cahce, making sure JS enabled and still cannot access those configuration pages. Browser just comes up blank. Have tried Chrome, FF and IE. Any other thoughts?
