Cannot connect to the internet wirelessly on AC5300

So I convinced the cafe that I visit daily to buy the ASUS RT-AC5300

Their IT Administrator just hooked up their security cameras by setting up some DMZ forwarding ports but we cannot get any internet when connected to the wireless network

so we then hooked up their old ASUS RT-AC68U to one of the LAN ports and the clients get internet from that.

I would like to solve this issue though so that the main router also has internet when connected wirelessly

the AV protection in the router is disabled...... we tried all firmwares up to the latest 3.0.0.4.380.7266

what settings do you want me to check to solve this
