Cannot play music MP3 files

I have set up the music folder as suggested and can access the files from file manager on windows 10. When I try to access these on the LG OLED TV ( 1 year old), I can see the folders but not the files. What could be the issue here please?

I can see the photos and videos in their respective folders on the TV.

Where have you done all this? What device? Model? Firmware? More details will certainly help.
