Can't figure out SmartSync with a Samba share

I'm using the latest stable version of Merlin on an ac66u. I am trying to setup smart sync to sync the usb disk with a Samba network location on my main PC. I dunno if I am just not understanding the syntax properly but I can't get it to connect properly. It's asking for the following information

Server Name * Optional
Server IP Address smb://
Server share folder
Account
Password
Folder
Rule

I have no idea how to fill some of these out. I know the account and password for my Samba share but no matter what I put in the first three fields I cannot get it to connect. I don't think I understand the syntax Asus is expecting me to use here. If anyone has got this working if you could just screenshot or just tell me what exactly you are putting in these fields to get it up and running.

Best to include the exact firmware version you're using as latest could actually be old by the time someone reads this. My test setup to assist you actually required me to fill in the server name.

Server Name: Linkstation
Server IP Address: 192.168.2.121
Server share folder: Shows
Account: samba username
Password: samba password
Folder: Click the Browser button and locate the folder on the usb disk you want to sync
Rule: I chose to use the Upload to the Cloud option as I don't require it to sync folders only upload changes.

I'm was using 380.57 at the time of this writing on the AC-87U.

That's what I thought but that doesn't seem to be working. Just to clarify if the Samba path is \\Computer\Folder then we would put "Computer" in the "Server Name" and "Folder" in the "Server Share" folder?

Correct, I also put the IP address of the Linkstation into the Server IP address.
