I can login to the NS4300N through the web but when I install the smartnavi on my XP SP3 machine, it installs fine, but when I start it, I cant see my NAS. When I installed it on a Mac, I could find the NAS. Any ideas? Ive tried all versions of smartnavi that Promise has on their site and no luck. If I use the NAS utility, I can see it, but that doesnt have the same features as the smartnavi.
