Can't view forum? wipe browser.

In the absence of a PSA from THiggins, figured I would leave this notice for those such as myself that were unable to view various forums. As the title suggests, wiping your browser history, etc., will set everything in order. IE required a restart of the browser.

I was unavble to see topics too.. I;'d click on a section and there was nothing.
