Cheap NAS with H265/HEVC transcoding?

Hello all I have a Synology DS713+ and was using Plex for steaming but after I started downloading H265 720p/1080p content the system can not transcode at all. I get no playback or super jittery playback the CPU on the DS713+ is not powerful enough it seems so I am currently using uPnP but its stupid since my device has to decode using its CPU resulting in heated devices and jitters.

Anyone know of a cheap NAS with H265/HEVC transcoding "720p-1080p" in hardware otherwise software. Magnet Links download is also required something my DS713+ does with its Download Station. DLNA server support is also a given.

I haven't see anything that can do H265 on the fly transcodes yet...

cheap and fast transcoding ... best done in batching on a hot PC.
