I am looking for cheap wireless router to test 802.1x connection to a radius server before we implement fully at our company.

I have no specific recommendations. Are you just looking for something to support WPA2 Enterprise, or do you need something more advanced?

Most routers today support both WPA2 Home and Enterprise.
