My wife mentioned this to me to filter the internet for our kids. After reading this article: http://www.wired.com/2015/11/circle-with-disney-locks-down-kids-devices-from-afar/ I decided it was not for me. Seems like a pretty good tool for people that no nothing about networking and just want it to work.

Interesting that it works basically by ARP spoofing. Could be worth a look.

They have a Circle Go subscription when off network and it's quite pricey.
