All parts are Gigabit (10-100-1000) the switch is managed (Cisco SLM 2008) Netgear router WNDR 3700, the NIC is a dual port, and the server is a Thecus N4200ECO with 2Gb memory.
The dual port have their own IP address on the router, like all other parts of the network.
Everything works but I do not get the speed above 17 Mb / ps what could be the problem?
