Hi,
I recently starting experiencing some issues with receiving certain channels on my Tivo. A few channels had no signal and HBO HD was coming in totally pixellated. I spoke with comcast CS and they rebooted that cable card which was no help. I decided to replace the coax cable that was running from the 2.4ghz splitter to the Tivo (it was this super skinny coax unlike a standard cable) and that did the trick. However, now my Cable modem is no longer working when going through the MOCA adapter.
The cable modem does work when I go straight into it, bypassing the MOCA adapter. I tried also replacing the coax that connects the MOCA to the cable modem but that didn't work.
The cable modem has a 'US' light which blinks and the ready light never comes on.
When I was checking all the splitters I noticed that I never changed one of the splitters (5-1002mhz) and I wonder if perhaps that's the culprit. It's strange that simply replacing a coax cable would cause all of these problems.
Any suggestions?
