Command or Web GUI button - To disconnect a connected DHCP client

I am curious about the following:

1. Is there a command or button to disconnect / renew a currently connected client's DHCP lease?

2. Is there a way to permanently disconnect a client (like based on MAC or IP address)?
(blacklist perhaps)
