I have a Epson Stylus Photo RX595 printer/copy/scanner system and previously, I had it plugged into my router, just to take up the port. I could never get it to be recognized by the router, like the USB stick I have plugged into USB port 1 is.
As far as I can remember, I haven't changed anything driver wise for this printer, beyond what was on the disk I got with this thing.
Today, just for shirts and giggles, I ran the Asus Printer setup again and it detected the printer immediately after turning it on.
Has the set up utility been update since the last time I ran it and it wouldn't detect my printer?
I have a N66U running the Merlin .41 release
