Connecting old netgear router (as a repeater) to C3700 router/cable modem

I purchased a Netgear C3700 Cable modem/Router because I was tired to paying rental fees....anyway I had cameras hooked up through mini repeaters to reach back to the main unit. I was going to use my old router as a repeater (Netgear WNDR3400v2) and I have set it up as a repeater....but how do I get the new router to see it? On the old router it has a setting for making it the base in that situation, but I am not seeing that setting on the new router.

Any ideas?
