Connecting to Merlin Asus n66 over WAN

I'm running a VPN client but also want to access router settings from away from home. I've port forwarding from my VPN provider working to access my NAS and ip cameras but I cannot get access to router.

I've wan access enabled. I've changed the port. I've a portforwding rule with VPN and on an script but fails.

Any pointers please?
