Continuous issues with Wireguard VPN on Asus RT-AX86U

I find that I have to from time to time get new configs for VPN to work for all clients that use Wireguard VPN. Wondering if others have similar issues? I've updated to the latest official firmware but still experience the same issue.

Also wondering if Merlin's firmware would work any differently?
