Skynet Country Blocking Questions

So I blocked a few countries, included were CN (China) and TW (Taiwan)

My questions are this,

I am now getting blocks to ASUS Tek in Taiwan, Is this of issue? and why are asus getting outbound data anyway?

Will this now block Trend Micro Protection ? (I dont want to block this)

I think im ok, Trend Micro still working, tested it by going on a old link it had blocked before, still logs and blocks with the country blocking on.
