Network Crashes when accessing NAS from external IP to Download file.
I'm having this problem:
My Network Motorola SB6141 MODEM ------ RT-AC66U
I have a Synology NAS 1812+ and when a friend accesses the NAS from external IP address and Downloads a file my Network Crashes -- Meaning Ping times up to 400ms and Download speeds drop from 50MBS to 4-10 MBS.
Can't figure out if this is related to Modem or Router or Synology NAS.
