Hello.
I was asked by the guy who have known me since I born, that he and his wife were best or childhood friends with my parents, to do Home Wired + Wireless Networking for them.

I'm assuming that the switches are Gigabit, at least the top level 8 port.

A network this big would benefit from using "smart" or managed switches. This would give you VLAN capability and eliminate the need for the separate cable modem and Internet connections. It would also give you the ability to control bandwidth and segment the network to control the spread of network-propagated malware.

Oh, sorry, I have placed the plan in switch place.
The first plan goes to bottom and 2nd should go to above
Yeah, course I have planned using Gigabit switch.
Oh, the managed switches.
Well he needs separate cable modem and Internet connections, cause he will going to make secure Internet that his guest wouldn't connect to he, his family's and employees', network
