Is it possible to install ddclient on asus merlin? if yes, how?

No, ddclient requires Perl.

Asuswrt-Merlin comes with In-a-dyn, which is probably far more advanced than ddclient anyway.

Is it possible to add CloudFlare to the list? I just did it manualy on my Synology with this script

It is getting very popular because you can manage your own domains.

You'd have to ask the author. I believe there's an issue open on the Inadyn tracking asking for CF support, but nobody contributed any code for it.

See if CF supports any RESTful interface which would allow you to do it through a simple curl call.
