Defualt NTP & Network Monitoring Settings?

Does anyone have the defualt NTP and Network Monitoring settings to hand?

I was bored yesterday and had a play with these settings only to realise when I reboot something isn't right so I'd like to put them all back to default without loosing all my other settings/config.
