Desperate: Internet keeps crapping out. Need help understanding System log

The Asus logs are the only thing I have to go on.
Well they're not going to tell you anything because the problem is upstream of the Asus. The most you might hope to see in the Asus' log is the WAN interface going down, for example if the Rogers was rebooting.

The Internet has been going out a lot today, same as yesterday. My fiance got fed up and used her work cell phone to tether to the Internet. So, when my son was done school, I reset the modem. It's now giving logs. There's only 4 there since I plugged it back in, and our Internet hasn't had problems yet; it's only been about half an hour. But I got these:

I know it's no longer an Asus issue, but figured it wouldn't hurt to post in the thread I started at least. And I can go in and try to find future logs if/when I notice the internet go out again.
Odd thing to note is that it doesn't seem to interfere with streaming services. My fiance turned on the TV in the room she uses for her office (spare room), and streaming something. I didn't ask, but probably Netflix or Youtube. She said there were no interruptions with that, and I really doubt it can buffer more than 60 seconds.
