DHCP seems broke after upgrade 380.62_1

Using a RT-AC68U and since update my wireless clients, iphone, iPad keep getting assigned 10.0.0.x addresses. DNS is not the router but the comcast DNS address.

See the following message in the log.

I do not have another DHCP server. Change was the firmware.

Did you power off (at least 10 minutes) and then reboot everything 'connected'?

I turned off IPV6 setting and now it works OK.
