Different Performance in x39 series based on same hardware?

How do they 639, 439 and 239 sometimes gets difference performance results when they are based on the same Hardware.

439 in write is slower then 239 and 639.

For 1000 Mbps Write (RAID 0) the 439 had slightly lower cached performance on smaller file sizes.
