Disallow OVPN clients on asuswrt-merlin from accessing ANY LAN devices, but allow WAN?

Is there a line I can put in custom config that will restrict devices in the VPN director from accessing any other device on the LAN, but allow all WAN traffic still?

This is not something the router's VPN client has any influence over. Local clients communicate directly with each other across the LAN (they never reach the router's VPN client). Something you could do is subdivide your LAN using VLANs. But again, this is unrelated to action the VPN client.
