DNAT (Port Forwarding) Partially Failing on AC-88?

Hi,
I have a relatively new AC-88, interestingly I am using several port forwards fine, but after the 3rd forward, the rest are triggering from iptables but don't actually get traffic forwarded. Whats going on? I've heard Hardware Acceleration causes this, but I wash oping for more information on why it partially works and how to fix it without disabling hw acceleration if possible.

What firmware version? Have you ever performed a reset to factory defaults?

I've done factory reset, and there have been no new versions of merlin out since I got the router.
