Do I have to use router admim Longin to use the Time Machine function?

I tried to set up a separate user account to back up my macbook, but always failed to connect the dick unless I use the router admin Login name / password.

For security reason, I don't want to use user admin for the backup purpose.

Anyone knows if to time machine can be working with user created account other than the admin account?
