Does Padavan firmware have Access Restriction?

I am having the mgmtring issue and am using the Padavan firmware now. I cannot find the access restriction controls anymore. I would like to set specific time limits on certain clients. I can do without the qos which I know was removed, but the access restriction I really would like. Is it hidden somewhere?
