Does "USB Modem / USB Tethering" replace the WAN port?

As per the title, does "USB Modem / USB Tethering" replace the WAN port?

Or can the 2 be used together?

can the 2 be used together?

if you select dual wan you can use both ethernet wan and 3g/4g together

otherwise you can use one or the other just depends on what you select as the primary connection

Thanks - I hadn't noticed that option in the WAN menu.
