Domestic LAN adress plan and organization advices

Hi,
I have now 2 Internet accesses, one through a provider Freebox Pop connected to ADSL cable, another through a Huawei B715 routeur with a sim card connected to 4G network.
Both are connected to a ASUS AC88U router used as router and with dualwan access.
My first question would be to know what would be the best adress plan to be used globally, 1 LAN for all ? 1 LAN for each box/router as it is now ?

Specificities :
- on Freebox i have 1 equipement connected and which must be visible from the ASUS Lan, Wifi must also be activated to give the TV flows to the Freeplayer which is too far and cannot be connected via wire to the box.
- on Huawei : Wifi must be activated to give internet access to all equipments in the same building as it is installed (no other wifi or cable can come in this building)

Not sure if my question is in the right forum, if not just tell me...

Thanks for all advices and i can give more details if needed

Not sure i understand the question: You have 2 WAN lines coming in from 2 different providers, right? Connected to the same AC88u using the dual WAN setup with the WAN port and a USB port, correct? Regardless if the AC88U WAN is configured as load balancing or fail-over, all your devices would currently be on 1 LAN. Am i missing something?
