DSL-AC68U VPN setup flaw

New Around Here
Hi! I'm hoping someone has come across the same issue as me. The router is great, I don't really have any issues. My VPN provider on the other hand has many, many servers, which throughout the day get busier (and slower) and vica versa. This means constantly having to change servers throughout the day based on their load to maintain a good speed.

Everytime I have to change servers I have to manually add any new one which I want to use, even though I can download a zip file which contains the .ovpn files for 1900 servers. Is there any way I can add all of these in one go? It seems crazy that I have to manually add each one when I want to connect. I probably only need to add about 100 of these but it still seems crazy that this has to be done manually.

Hope that makes sense.
