Dsl-ac88u says connected to internet but not

Hi all,

My Asus router, model in the subject, lost connection to the internet even though there is a green tick mark under the internet column in the Pvc summary.

I am trying to avoid a factory reset and have tried using the ISPs router which works. When I plugged the ISP router in, at first it needed to go through a self correction setup as it detected no internet. Once internet was on I plugged in the Asus again but still even though it says connected no device including wired ones can access the internet. I have not changed anything in the setup.

Does anyone have any ideas on this?
