Dual wan with route selection

I am testing out dual wan on the Asus merlin and i was wondering if there was a way to select a incoming and outgoing route? Reason is being each of my WAN's have one good speed. I would like to use WAN1 down speed as its 12 mbps and my WAN2 up speed as its 5 mbps.
 
That's not technically possible. TCP/IP sessions are point-to-point, so the local point will be either of your WAN's IP address.
