Dual WAN

Hi,

I recently had some problem with my Fiber connection, 2 days without... a nightmare.

anyhow, i had a USB key with a data plan... quite expensive though.

So i was wondering: is there any way that in a simple manner we could set a list of authorized IP when using the secondary WAN access?
In this way i could avoid my wife depleting the credit on the key just watching youtube .-)
