I have an ASUS RT-AC68R and forgot my Admin password (the one to login to the router). Does anyone know of a way to recover or reset the password without a hard reset of the router itself?

Factory reset is the only way I know of.

Security usually makes things annoying.

Just in case it was never changed, try using "admin" as password.
