e4200 v1 Internet upload problem

ea9

New Around Here
***RESOLVED*** - Hope it helps someone with a similar issue - Problem is with the firmware, hopefully Cisco will fix it soon, the 'solution' was to disable WMM Support under the QoS Tab.

First post here, hope I'm in the right place.

I upgraded modems from an old Dlink WBR-2310 rev A to a e4200 v1.

My ADSL service is with Bell Canada I have the 6/0.8Mbps service.

Under my old router I would (and still do, put it back in to be sure it's not another problem that coincided with my router change) achieve 5.15/0.67 which is what I'm used to for the past 5 years +. New router in, 5.20/0.47.
I've tried several different servers. My upload speed can't go any higher then 0.47 which is a big drop when using slingbox.

I've tried disabling the QoS features that I setup for Skype. Which didn't help one bit.

Any help would be appreciated.
