EA-N66 Reset

Hi everyone - I've got an EA-N66, and I'm trying to reset it to factory defaults.
I've unplugged, held down the reset button with a paperclip and re-inserted the power, but it doesnt seem to be working (I've also tried just holding down the reset button)

Its now in a state where its permanently in the 'slow flash' state, and when I plug in via Ethernet I'm only getting 169.254.x.x address allocations. I've left it powered on for a long time , but I never get any results?

Any ideas welcome - I think it might be going back to BestBuy...

Hello,

It sounds like your EA-N66 is in "Rescue Mode". If you have not yet returned it, can you please try performing a Firmware Restore to get it back up and running?

*It shows the RT-N56u, but the steps are the same on the EA-N66.

Thanks Jeremy up and running again

Just for those of us in the OSX world, there is no restore utility. I presume its just TFTP'ing the firmware up via a GUI - so if I get into this again, set my manual LAN address as per the video , I should be able to TFTP the firmware directly to the unit @192.168.1.1?

Not workin

Followed the instructions on the Video and no go.
Not able to reatch the EA-N66.

Seems all instructions are heading for the vid so im all out of luck.
